We first gathered in our online Outfitters Zoom space on April 16, 2020. Since that time we have been inspired to connect and act on possibilities that emerge from reflecting on light in the cracks that are exposed by this time of coronavirus.
Beth Mount shares one meaning of "corona" that is relevant to our explorations together as we look for the bright light that surrounds the darkness.
Patti Scott shares how organizational leadership, grappling with questions and challenges inspired by these unusual times, is shaping action on what is important at Neighbours Inc.
Carolyn Murphy shares how meeting with Pathfinding Outfitters inspired her to "steal" ideas about meeting together that she could share with colleagues and the people they work for.
Hope Leet Dittmeier shares an invitation (co-initiated with Fredda Rose and Patti Scott) to a conversation about how this unusual time calls for leadership to rise up to the challenges and dig deep into creative responses.
Kirk Hinkleman shares and invitation (co-initiated with Beth Mount, Gail Jacob, and David Hasbury) to get out of our heads and into our bodies through creating "Wisdom Maker Flags", making artifacts that reflect our experience and can point to what is calling us to a better future.
Jack Pearpoint shared the resonance of Leonard Cohen's "Anthem"...
"Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in"
